No Audio or Video option

  • I have installed the plugin and actually have upgraded the plugin (though that does not seem to be showing in my RumbleTalk account as it still has the “upgrade” button; however, there is no option for audio or video conferencing.

    When I click on someone’s name and get the private chat window, there are no icons to match those on the help page.

    Further, there is no request for Rumble talk to use the camera or mic, and I don’t know how to share that with an app that doesn’t ask.

    I have tried using both the floating chat and private chat codes.

    Hi,

    To make one one one audio or video calls you will need to allow audio and video in the multimedia tab. In addition, you will need to be on SSL page (https) as we use WebRTC (google technology) or simply use our SSL by opening the chat full page.
