Some time in the last few months, all of the auth methods stopped working. WordPress, Google and Facebook just say “0” and Twitter says “Missing the oauth_token parameter”. My settings haven’t changed and I still have all the client secrets and whatnot that I had before. Though I have probably upgraded WordPress several times.

    Any suggestions?

  • I’m getting the “Missing the oath_token parameter” as well. Though my (brand new) WordPress.com integration works fine.

On Facebook I get a warning but it says it’s for developers only, so I’m unsure if it’ll still work for other people or not?

I messaged Postmatic about another question, but will follow up with this when they reply.

Kinda seems like Social Commenting and Epoch are both just sitting, with no active development or attention, which is sad.

EDIT: on Facebook the message is

Invalid Scopes: user_about_me. This message is only shown to developers. Users of your app will ignore these permissions if present. Please read the documentation for valid permissions at: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/facebook-login/permissions
