I can’t see the slider on your page, can you please send me exact URL of slider page?

this might depend on different issue if your page contains any js error autoplay might not work. also to auto slide working total product count should larger than column count.

I updated the page, you can find the slides on the home page, under the mail slide.
Autoplay doesnt work, arrows doesnt work and the navigation neither.
If at least the navigation works, it could be enough.

Can you please stop loading this file from theme, and then see what’s happening.

you have to remove the file that loaded form theme owl.carousel.min.js probably using the older version.

here is the full path

or you can ask your theme author to update the latest version of owl.carousel.min.js

So, are you telling me i’ve to completly remove the file https://friulpoint.origina.it/wp-content/themes/theretailer/js/owl.carousel.min.js ???

you can remove the file from the directory, (make a backup the file before delete)
or find the code that loading the file, you can just comment out the code to stop loading to check the result.

if you don’t know coding please do not edit code. might causes error on your site.
