No autoselect when uploading new media

    I’m on WP core 5.8.1 and Media Organizer 1.3.8, and I’m encountering an issue when adding new media through the WP core “Insert Media” functionality (such as Featured Image). If I upload a new image, it no longer autoselects it for insertion. I’ve confirmed the issue is with Media Organizer because when I deactivate it, the Insert Media functionality works as expected. Any thoughts?
