    I see there are many other forums with this same issue, but to no avail can we figure out why it’s happening on our end. We have tried everything on the backend. For many customers (especially the ones trying to order something through their phones or click through Instagram to our site) are the ones who receive this error code at checkout: “Sorry, it seems there are no available payment methods for your state.”

    We’ve been dealing with this issue for days now and would appreciate any insight and guidance. From our end our payment gateway/ Woocommerce Payments looks to be set up just fine.

    First, let’s check your logs. So please, provide us the following:

    • System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    • Error log: share a copy of the fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available)
