    Hello.

    I have a problem with my site. If a customer go to the checkout page and fill his shipping data and after go back to cart to change stg, and go to checkout again it says that there is no available shipping method for his place. But before it has.. and there is 4 shipping method for that country (Hungary). What can be the problem?

    If you’re certain all the information on the checkout is filled in again (reloading can remove the filled in checkout information), then it’s possible you’re experiencing a conflict, either with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    This is best done on a staging site. That’s a copy of your live site, so you can test things out without making changes to your actual site. Some hosting companies offer a staging site service within their hosting plans. If yours does not, there is a great free plugin that will allow you to build a complete staging site with a few button clicks: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging.

    I tried it and something not okay with the plugin after update..
    I checked it in another site with Impreza template and there is another issue with shipping there. In the Cart page without any address its showing just the “pick up” option instead of the usual “the shipping cost will calculated in the next step”…

    At the https://teszt2.eautotoltokabel.hu/ i have to pick again the country to solve the problem… but its nok okay.. because its not showing the “select country” its showing Hungary and “no shipping method”, but after Im choosing again Hungary the shipping methods shows up…
    Can you please check the issue as soon as possible?

    I checked it in another site with Impreza template

    That very much sounds like there is a problem with the theme. Can you please follow the steps I listed, and switch the theme to a different one to see if that resolves the issue for you?

    So what I’m seeing is that your checkout fields are emptying when the checkout page is reloaded. Since the fields aren’t saved before you leave the page, this is expected behavior.

    Does the same thing happen when you have an address saved to the profile you are using?
