    Hello
I have a problem with avatar profile.
No default avatars are showed in users account and user list page.
When I go to wp-admin/user-edit.php I have two place where the system
ask me a avatar, the first is down user imformation, and the other is down
account manager (where are setting the password). In the same case
if I try to save it’s going but not showing.
How is it possible ? Can I do to solve it ?
I try different plugin…avatar for woocommerce ..One User Avatar ..and others
but the song is always the same.

I have configured profilegrid plugin, and woocommerce subscription

    Hi @annampastore,

By default, WordPress uses a service called Gravatar to display the user’s profile picture. The profile picture is based on the user’s email address, associated with a Gravatar service.

If a WordPress user does not have a Gravatar account then WordPress will display a default image placeholder, as a profile picture.

Most commercial themes display a default avatar. I understand that this default avatar is no longer showing. Have you recently switched the theme? If the avatar was added by a plugin you can try a conflict test disabling all plugins and re-enabling one at a time, trying to figure out which one may be causing conflict. Here are the steps for doing a conflict test: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.

Since this issue does not appear to be related to WooCommerce I’d recommend that you reach out to your theme authors for further assistance.

Let us know if you have any questions.

    Hi,
Today after a good spleep I open my test site on another PC and
I saw the problem doesn’t apper there.
So, I move all my software, not wp-config.php, on my test and it’s working well.
The problem isn’t the plugin conflict or software. Maybe in databse ?
    How I can proced ?
    Thanks

    Hi @annampastore

Thanks for letting us know that the problem did not appear on another PC.

    Maybe in databse?

The problem is not related to WooCommerce.

You can try clearing your browser’s cache as explained in this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

I’m shure it’s not a problem about cache.
I get a page about users and they havent a avatar.
I’m looking db. My question is..

I have different table about woocommerce starting with cty_
    and starting with wpjw_
I saw in the wp_config.php the DB starting with cty_
Can I remove from DB the wpjw_ table ?

    I drop it.
But it isn’t working well again. No image, no avatar.
    Bad!
