no avatars?

I like the plugin, but I’m not seeing avatars for users of any of the services. I see that the various Authenticator.php files appear to be getting the avatar URLs and storing them in $user_details, but it’s not clear to me what happens to it after that. Maybe you could include a flow-of-control roadmap in the README or something?

I expected to see something show up in the wp_commentmeta for these comments, but there’s nothing there either — e.g., if I had a flag in there that said “this is a Twitter user”, I could dig out the avatar that way. Or at least link the comment to their Twitter URL.
