No avatars showing anymore

Dear Bangbay,
I upgraded the theme of my blog and suddenly the wp avatars aren’t showing anymore. I deactivated the plugin and activated it again, but that didn’t help.
It should be a theme issue, but the author of this theme (Evolve) doesn’t want to help. Do you know what is the matter and how I can fix this?
