No Background Controls

We keep checking back on this plugin where it has a lot of potential but still lacks some needed adjustments.

For example, the optional background image is lacking positional adjustment settings. It needs at a minimum.

> Background Cover or Stretch: Yes or No selection
> Background Repeat: No Repeat, Repeat, Repeat Horizontally, Repeat Vertically
> Background Position: Center Top, Center Center, Center Bottom

We have a background image added with a bottom branding logo embedded, but can’t use this plugin since there is no background image positional control. It simply doesn’t work.
