    I recently installed the UpdraftPlus plugin-free version. It’s been 9 days but no backup to be soon on my Google Drive.

    What’s the reason for that?

    Even no folder has been created in that as said in the plugin.

    Kindly guide.

    Hi,

    Please can you send me a copy of the backups log?
    This log can be found in the Existing Backups tab of the UpdraftPlus dashboard.
    Please use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Hi, so I’m getting WordPress mails that the backup of the website is taken for the last two consecutive days.

    But, I have doubts:

    NO.1 There is still no folder created in my Google drive which I linked.
    No.2 The updraft has already taken 1.5 GB of my webspace.

    So, is my updraft backup is on Google Drive or on the webspace.

    If on webspace, please guide the procedure to shift it to Google Drive.

    Please can you send a copy of the backups log? This will enable us to see what is happening.

    Hi,

    Thanks for sending the log.

    “0017.411 (0) Cloud backup selection (1/1): none with instance (1/1) (last)”.
    It appears that you have not setup/connected UpdraftPlus to Google Drive yet. Make sure after you set up, click the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page.

    I tried 3 times authenticating again.

    But, still, it’s not happening.

    Please guide me on the process or do it manually. I’m requesting you for many days and my database has reached 1.7 GB data now from 1.5 GB data earlier.

    No reply yet,

    My website database for Updraftplus is now 1.9 GB.

    Kindly help otherwise I have to move to another backup plugin.

    My issue: Authorized Google Drive for backup but no backup is sent to Google Drive & website database of Updraftplus increased to 1.9 GB now.

    I sent logs to you with no reply yet.

    The last log file says that in your most recently saved settings, no backup destination was selected:

    > No remote despatch: user chose no remote backup service

    Hello, so a folder has been created in my Google Drive (without my involvement).

    But, nothing has been updated in it. It is blank.

    Plus, my database of Updraft Plugin has reached now 2.2 GB from 1.5 GB where I raised this issue.

    Dropbox is I connected but tough to understand.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the late reply.

    Please can you upgrade to latest version 1.16.25? Then reconnect/re-authenticate your remote storage and run a new backup.

    Do you still experience the same issue?

    Yes, I’m 1.16.25. I re-configure to Google Drive again it today only.

    We’ve recently released a new version of UpdraftPlus 1.16.26. Please can you update and see if that fixes the issue.
