Apologies, we have overlooked your thread.

Can you please provide us latest copy of the backup log?

    Thanks,

    Hello

I would like to send you the latest log file, but I have updated to the latest version (1.23.5) of the plugin in today and now the backup is completely broken. Just a white page with the following error message

    Error thrown
    Class “UpdraftPlus_Database_Utility” not found

    Thanks for you help

    Hello

Updated the plugin to 1.23.6 and it works again. Here is the requested log file of the latest attempt to backup “upload”:

    Apologies for the ongoing inconvenience.

In the settings tab, under exclude from uploads >> add an exclusion rule >> File/directory , can you select your 2023 folder and exclude this from the backup?

If this doesn’t help can you try the same for wpdm-custom-tag

Could you then post your log again

    Hello

I have excluded 2023, then wpdm-custom-tag and then both and it didn’t work. Here is the log file:

    Hi Alfo,

In the settings tab >> show expert settings can you enable debug mode and then run the backup again (it will still fail but it might give us some extra information)

    Hello,

I have activated the Updraft Debug-Mode and ran another backup. Where can I see the debug-messages?

    Thanks for your help

    Hi

The debug messages will be in the log file, so could you upload your backup log as you. did before?

    Thanks Alfo,

Could you try deactivating your other plugins and switching to a default 202x theme and then backing up your uploads?

    Hello

I have deactivated all plugins beside four necessary, switched the theme and ran another backup without success to backup “upload”.

    Hi Alfo,

Apologies for how long this is taking and thank you for your continue patience.

Is there any way you could download a copy of your Uploads using ftp/file manager and then zip it up and share it with me (I can then see if there is anything in your Uploads that would be causing an issue.

    Hello

My upload folder is about 100 GB large. It will be very difficult to download, zip it and upload it again somewhere. Is there any way to contact you directly, so I could give you FTP access to check out the folder?

    Hi Alfo,

Unfortunately, WP does not allow this. I have been going through your logs again and I noticed that you are out of space on Google Drive, can you try running a backup so that it does not go to any remote storage?

    (@alfonsberger)

    Hello

Google Drive? I use Dropbox and I just checked. Only 6.6GB of 2 TB are used, so there is plenty of space. Backing up all other folders, themes and plugins work also just fine.

    Thanks for your help!
