no backups from Feb 22 – March 19

    I installed this plugin several months ago and have been really pleased. I have it set to backup daily to S3. But today, I was doing some maintenance on my site and happened to click on the WPTC logs. I was surprised to show that there had been no backups since February 22 — almost one month ago!

    I ran a backup but am apprehensive about continuing to use this plugin; the website is large (about 900 pages) and is updated with new content almost daily so a backup is necessary for peace of mind.

    Any idea what may have caused this issue? I’d hate to have to look for another plugin but can’t afford for this to happen again.

    Sorry to hear that the plugin has not backed up your site for a long time, this seems to be really weird and unusual. I’d be very glad to look into this issue and fix it for you if you could send me your email id. It would be really great if you could email us directly to [email protected] so that we can get this sorted out and get your backups going ASAP!

    I also understand your predicament about not continuing to use the plugin but I assure you that we have totally updated the plugin and made a lot of improvements in the last few releases so it’s quite shocking to see no backups for the last month.
