    Hello I have been using your plugin for 1 years I renewed my subscription but the banner is still not visible on my site

    I tested several settings and I can not find the problem thank you for your help

    Hi @milonet,

    I’ve checked the site and the banner seems to appear fine when testing from my end. I’ve tested using Chrome and Firefox, both incognito and ‘normal’ browsing.

    Could you try visiting your site in an Incognito window, to make sure that you don’t have a privacy extension, or a setting such as Do Not Track/other strict privacy settings activated?
