No banner or any consent message

Hi,
I just added analytics to test and the seems ok (source code shows all implementations of plugin and analytics) but I see no banner on site and no message for adblocker. In fact nothing asking consent or showing that cookie consent system is active.
What do I have to do to have banners visible?
