No billing adress captured on express paypal button

    Hi, when my customers place order using the express payment method i do not get the order details, but i want to be able to see the billing address.

    Please provide the solution to this

    right now i see N/A on both billing and shipping address. how can i get this data on express checkout button.

    Hi @qudsia323232

    There are several existing thread that cover this exact issue. You have a 3rd party plugin that’s manipulating the WooCommerce order’s address data during the checkout process. If you login to paypal.com and view the transaction you will see all of the address data is there. That proves the issue isn’t with this plugin.

    The existence of address data within PayPal means the WooCommerce order’s address data exists. But somewhere after payment, a plugin is altering your address data.

    just to update, i contacted paypal for enabling the billing and this is their reply.
    Hi , are you trying to enable that for this PayPal account? If you are then I confirm it is already enabled.?

    @qudsia323232 You misunderstood my previous reply. If you go to WooCommerce > Orders > Order Details page you will see the transaction ID which is a clickable link. Click that transaction ID and you will be taken to the PayPal payments dashboard where you can confirm that all the address data is populated within PayPal.
