“No block-level parent found. Not good.”

  • Hi,
    a few days ago the plugin gives the message “No block-level parent found. Not good.” when I try to open pdf invoices and the invoices doesn’t send to customers.
    Searching for a solution, I saw that some users, updating the version, solved the problem. I would like to know if there is a risk that by updating, for example, if it creates different invoice numbers than those already assigned previously or other problems…
    P.S. The plugin version is 1.5.39

    Hi @dzweb84,

    You are running a very old version of the plugin. The latest version is 2.1.4. Updating should not cause any problems.
