No blocks showing up

    Just installed sensei, and the plugin itself is working fine, but for example in the sample course when it tries to show buttons gives this error:

    Your site doesn’t include support for the “sensei-lms/button-contact-teacher” block. You can leave this block intact, convert its content to a custom HTML block, or remove it entirely.

    When I try to add blocks gutenberg style, simply none are there, there is no senseilms category. Other blocks are working fine (woocommerce etc).

    Is there a way to try manually adding code for these blocks? is there another or older install of sensei lms i should try?

    only other note is that im on hostgator. things tend to go awry terrible.

    Hi @nyrjku,

    Thanks for reaching out, the problem as you describe may be happening because of some conflicts with other plugins or the theme installed on your site.

    Try disabling all of your plugins except Sensei LMS (and extensions). Then try testing again to see if the issue persists. If that resolves your issue, you can find what was causing it by enabling each plugin one by one while continuing to test.

    If that doesn’t help, you can also try switching to the Twenty Twenty theme via Appearance > Themes, and test again. If the issue is resolved then you know it’s a problem with the theme, and you’ll need to contact the theme author for further assistance.
