No Blog Post Image in Twitter

Hello,

When I tweet one of my blog posts I’d like that tweet to automatically include the image associated with that post. Right now, that is not happening, and I don’t know what I need to change. I’m hoping someone can provide some guidance. My blog page is royeidelson.com/blog. Thanks!
