  • Hi Ronnie,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. WooCommerce doesn’t have a brand input field on the product edit pages by default. You will have to create an attribute or custom field for your brands in WooCommerce yourself. Once you did and once you filled in some brand values in that new attribute/custom field that attribute will show in the drop-downs of our plugin.

    Hope this makes sense?

    All the best,
    Eva

Hi, I’ve added the brand as attributes, and I can select Brand(Dynamic attributes), but it doesnt show up in the feed.

I have mpn product id and gtin, but still get identifier_exits NO!

    This is strange.

    Hi,

When a product has the brand filled in and a MPN or GTIN set the identifier_exists field should say yes. However since you mention the brand is still not set in your feed the identifier_exists value of no makes sense.

Are you sure you have mapped Google’s g:brand field to the proper brand attribute? Isn’t there another brand attribute in your drop-downs?

    All the best,
    Eva

    Hi
it does not work with the custom attribute Brand which I created.
I created now a static value for brand, which works now; I can use this for that client because he has only one brand.

I will contact again for a more complex client.

Ok, we are on stand-by when you need our support for more complex clients.

    All the best,
    Eva
