    We hate having negative reviews without being given the chance to resolve the issue at hand.

    These guys do not offer support unless you pay FOR PREMIUM SUPPORT. That’s unfortunate

    Hey @portalshops, that’s not true though. We offer support for our free plugin via the www.ads-software.com support forum here. You can see that Eric, our support engineer, has been replying to those messages constantly.

    If there is a delay, it means we’re very busy, and premium support does get priority in that case. May I ask how you came to this conclusion?

    I can confirm that they do offer free support in the support forums. They responded to my question in less than 24 hours which is more than I have any right to expect when using a free product.
