No button, no form

    Hello,
    I installed woocommerce and your plugin. I added a product to woocommerce but there is no enquiry button and no enquiry form to find on the product page. I have activated the check boxes for “Catalog enable?” and “Product Enquiry Enable?”. Do I need to activate anything else?
