• For only one of my members the progress buttons are not showing up. She is logged in and has never seen the buttons. She is using Chrome v108. She has cleared cache and cookies and history etc etc. Logged out, Even restarted her pc. Logged back in still no luck. If I deactivate the plugin and then reactivate it will I loose the data of what other members have already tracked? How do I solve this issue. Note that I am not a developer so have little knowledge.

    Hi Tina,

    Good to hear from you. If you deactivate the plugin it won’t delete any data. But you’d have to reactivate it to get access to the reports again.
