No cache after add to cart

Firstly I want to say this is a very good cache optimized plugin. which really speedup website at highest level. But I see when we do add to cart any product then it disable cache for that user which I understand there is a reason. After disable cache that visitor get very slow page as like no cache.

Is there anyway still show cache page without effect cart?

I use wp rocket cache plugin before which also show cache page if visitors doing add to cart website. but also work add to cart perfectly. not sure how they manage to show cache page without issue even visitor doing add to cart.
