you can verify the wishlist page if it is uncached, check http response header , you should see x-litespeed-cache-control: no-cache

this means that page is not cached

When you turn on the console and turn off the browser cache there is no problem.
It turns out a problem in the browser cache.
Tell me, can I disable the browser cache on the Whishlist page with your plugin?

I don’t think browser cache will apply over any HTML page.

please show me the HTTP response header you see on wishlist when issue happens.

you don’t have cache-control header to tell browser caches page , and LiteSpeed cache is not caching that page

Please note that after refreshing the page, the browser no longer caches. And why did I write to you, after disabling the Lite Speed ??Cache plugin, there is no such problem, and even after disabling the browser cache in the Lite Speed ??Cache plugin settings, the problem remains.
