no calendar in default event page

    hi,

    i installed the plugin and added some test events to it, but when i go to the events page it is empty. Not even an empty calendar, it look like the plugin was not even called to write data into the page. As seen in the link below

    I have checked the page options in the settings and it is set to show on the events page.
    Have i missed a setting or broken something?

    Do you have that page set as the “Events page” under Events > Settings > Pages > Event List/Archives?

    yes it is set to the events page and “Display calendar in events page?” is set to yes

    Is the page literally blank (no header or any other content), or it just lacking events content?

    If it’s the latter, does your Events page have the CONTENTS placeholder within the page?
