No caption in Slideshow

  • In my case, the captions only appear if it’s the home page slider, but not for static pages, home or otherwise,and regardles of caption in theme settings or slider settings for the page.

    I just started using CC and WordPress 3.5. I’m new to both but I know a bit about web design in general and I can confirm I have the same problem.
    1. The caption does not appear on the homepage but it does on other pages.
    2. The slideshow is not working anywhere at all.

    I’m using custom-community1.10.zip (and a child-theme) and WP3.5.
    A fix or advice would be greatly appreciated.
