    Hi Jordy,

I use Meow Gallery and Lightbox and everything works fine, except that the captions are only displayed on desktop, but not on mobile devices.

To make things more confusing: on very rare occasion, not knowing what or if I did anything different, the captions on mobile are displayed on some (not all) single images (pages ‘Konzertpianistin’, ‘Klavierunterricht’, ‘Vita’), but never within the gallery (page ‘Media’). When I play around with the settings it always seems like nothing changed when I reload the page or even clear the browsers cache. But occasionally, when testing different browsers, it might happen that I once see a caption when magnifying a single image, also that I get nothing but a black screen when magnifying a gallery image. Anyhow, next time trying it’s just the image again without the caption.

    Theme: OceanWP
    Browsers: Chrome, Edge, Safari

Please help me make this work and let me know if you need more info.

    Regards,
    Felix

    Hello @fhornung ! ??

I checked out your website and noticed that the gallery images have the CSS class “caption-none,” which should only happen if you’ve specifically chosen this option. Could you please double-check the Gallery settings and make sure you’ve enabled the caption setting to be either “Always” or “On hover”??

Also, in the Lightbox settings, please ensure that you have enabled the “caption” exif setting to display this data when you open up an image.

I just want to make sure everything is set up correctly. If you are still having issues with this, please contact me through support so I can assist you further. ??
