No cascade on the demo

I downloaded this demo to test it https://wsform.com/knowledgebase/cascade-select-and-radio-fields/ and imported to my page. Everything fine but I see no cascade choice like on the screenshots and demo doesn’t’ work at my site (because that?).

Is it PRO only?..
