No Category Found

Several issues / errors with adding “Listing Types”

1. If I delete them all to start again, and refresh the page, they are still there.
(I have to leave one there and delete the rest, then delete that one)

2. I then ADD my new “:”Listing Types” That seems to be OK

# When I go and add a new listing at the “-listing-form” page, the first drop down is “Select a Type – Ad Type”
out of the four I added, on one is there, they other 3 give an error saying “No Category Found”

Why is this happening

I even cleared cache and no change
