I can assure you the plug-in is compatible with page builders and can be used completely for free.

Please note the plug-in widget isn’t launched via a shortcode but instead, you need to create a widget in the plug-in settings and once completed, the widget will appear on your site automatically. You can check our guide on how to achieve this here: https://premio.io/help/chaty/how-to-use-chaty/

@sktan7 is there any update on this? Chaty works out-of-the-box for many users, and it should work for you too (it works perfectly with Gutenberg, you don’t need to add any shortcode for it to work). Please test again ??
