    We are currently checking to see if there has been a change on server level, some blocked IP. The Wordfence plugin is not blocking anything. Since a few weeks orders are completed on the side of Omnikassa, but when people return to the site they get an error message 404. When I look at the live tracking option in Wordfence I can see that Omnikassa has finished and that the customer has returned to a non-existing page on the site: /wp-content/images/selectbox-arrow.png. The returnpages in the Pronamic plugin are correctly set.

    This is strange, because that image nor the folder exist. Any idea what could be wrong? Payments keep the status pending until they are cancelled (but not really because the customer already paid).

    I have no idea of what could be wrong. Maybe you can do a full search in your website folder and database to find any references to “selectbox-arrow.png”. You can also check the payment return and redirect URL through your WordPress dashboard: “WordPress admin ? Pay ? Payments ? View payment” (in Dutch: “Betalen ? Betalingen”). You will see all the payment details including the “Return URL” and “Redirect URL”. This can help to find out how users are redirected.
