No change to hash?

    1. I made a record of user_pass out of the user table
    2. I installed/activated the plugin
    3. I logged out and logged back in
    4. The user_pass value was identical

    Shouldn’t the hash have been updated? Or am I misunderstanding how the plugin works?

    NB. I’m running PHP 7.1.12 on a CentOS based MariaDB set up
