No changes with the plugin slow dow

Hello:

I installed the plugin in https://www.mclanfranconi, before that i make a test with Pingdom Tools (https://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/) and get this:

Perf. Grade: 66/100
Request: 112
Load Time: 4.41
Page Size: 1.4 mb

Now i install the pluging i get this

Perf. Grade: 65/100 (Go down)
Request: 105
Load Time: 8.46 (Go up)
Page Size: 1.3 mb (Go down)

?What can be the problem?

Thanks a lot. This is the second time i install the plugin, the first time, my time go to more than 15 seconds i get problem with Google Publisher Pluging (To put ads in mi site)
