    Chat box is missing … Not sure if it disappeared after an upgrade but it use to work perfectly.

    Hey @socialogles

    Wasn’t able to reproduce this on my side. Had a look at your website just now and I can see the live chat widget loading. Let me know if you still see this issue persisting.

    If so, would you be able to share a screenshot of the issue and capture the output of your network log by generating a HAR file. Instructions for how to do that here. Hopefully your issue is now resolved but if not I am happy to look into this further for you!

    Ah I see, have you tried in a different browser? Would you mind sharing what browser you are using and I can try to reproduce on my side and see what the issue is?
