No checkout – directly to PayPal

Is it that after customer purchase (digital) product and click on ‘checkout’ it would send them directly to PayPal?

I’m a small business owner and I don’t want to collect customers data like account numbers.

If it’s possible, how to do it and how customer can download purchased digital file?
