No clicks show in report?

    Hi, I install the plugin last night, I remain the default setting.
    And there is nothing from the report.

    How long should i wait for the clicks?

    The clicks should start to show almost right away – remember only clicks to external sites will show up in the report. Under settings, do you have Local Tracking selected?

    Yes, I have selected the Local Tracking box.
    How about I create a button that links into URL is Whatsapp link?
    The domain is included in the URL…

    so, maybe I should remove the domain from the external link?

    Yes, the domain in the external link will cause it not to show in the reports so if you can remove that then clicks from that change onwards will show.

    Thank you, that’s an interesting bug that we haven’t seen before so will be fixed in a future version.

    Thank you so much. I know it is a weird one.

    I am using the default forms provided with the theme, and its Whatsapp link is set in default with a text message which contains the page URL. I would ask them to change the link first and see if it works properly.
