Sounds like this is what we need.
GF creates a post for us. We need to allow the user to update the created post.
    Is this what this does?
If so, please provide a bit more detail. I have added the feed and a couple fields, but no clue how the user is supposed to be allowed to update their entry.
Please provide some more instructions and/or an example.
Maybe I’m trying to do something this was not intended for??

So.. after a bunch of trial and error, I got it working.
In case this helps anyone else.
We have a form that creates a custom post (workshop).
I needed to create a NEW form (just duplicated the workshop form) and then added THAT form to the same page as the existing form was on (with some conditional PHP to only show it if the person viewing the workshop was the author).
I added this plugin feature to THAT form and added all my custom fields. Now, the user can update the workshop by filling out the form. It updates the post data immediately.
Fantastic plugin! Just needs better docs.

    Hi Jason,

Thanks for the hints in your last update, currently working on trying to do this myself based on your notes. Do you think it might be possible for you (or anyone reading this thread) to do a quick Loom video on how you got it working?

The dev documentation is so very vague and I’ve been trying different things intermittently over the last month! :0)

I agree. I don’t (really) fault the devs since it is a free plugin, but it is almost useless unless you spend 2 hours (or less if you’re smarter and faster than me) doing trial and error. Feels silly spending time to do training on behalf of the developers, but it is such an awesome function that it may be worth it. I’ll keep ya posted

Hello jrobie23, I am trying to configure this plugin with the instructions you have provided. However I am still finding this quite difficult, do you have any updates on the Loom video at all please?

I put together a quick video. I hope this helps.
