• Hello,
    I tried following your documentation. I Created a product for my gift card and tried to purchase it. I guess the gift card voucher must be created manually. So I did but I cannot see any code field, or any code automatically created. When I tried to send it to the destination user there isn’t any code in the email. In addition in the email there is the default image instead that the chosen one. Thank you for help!

    hope you are doing well! ??

    We have been checking your images and the one created manually is working fine, the code defined in the gift card table is appearing properly in the email.

    If the issue is only with the gift card purchased, note that the gift card is created when the order status changes to “processing” or “completed”, maybe in your tests the order remains “on-hold” or “pending payment”, could you check it, please?

    If the problem persists, could you send us a video with the purchase process and the order page, please?

    Thank you for your reply and sorry for my delay!:)
    I cannot see any code in the email, just the title of the card, which is “Buono Olimpia” and this is how I named it.
    I thought that a numeric code was supposed to be generated by the system.

    My order was in processing status.
