No Comment Box

Hello,

I am using the newsup theme but I noticed there isnt a comment box in the blog posts. I have allowed comments in the Discussion Settings and have allowed them on each individual blog post. I also have hide/show comments enabled. However, there is still no place to comment. I also do not have any plugins installed.

I checked the “preview” for the newsup theme at https://www.ads-software.com/themes/newsup/ and noticed that there isnt a comment box there either. But the newsup theme must have commenting capabilities, correct?
