No Comments on Page

    So I am going off of a fresh install of wordpress. I haven’t touched a setting. Went to Add New Page, created a page and there are no options except featured image under the content box. No comments, custom, anything. Any ideas? thanks.

    update: i uninstalled wordpress, reinstalled…comments and everything then appeared under content box…but after i updated to 3.1 they would disappear.

    Hi Mosini,

    A lot of options that have previously been shown on posts and pages are hidden by default on WP3.1.

    If you edit the page in question and look for the tab towards the top of the screen labelled ‘Screen Options’. Click on this tab and they will scroll down with tick boxes to turn on those that you need.
