No comments on the home page

Hi,
Can you please provide the site URL so that I can check?

The home page is selected “Allow Comments” but there is no form.

I checked it on two websites on this template and there is the same problem.

I did it and comments do not appear. I think the problem is with this template ColorMag because there is no problem with other templates. But I want to use this template ??

If you can code on your own then you can achieve it via the child theme.
