No commission selected for withdrawal

    When a user tries to withdraw his balance, it gives him the error option: ‘No commission selected for withdrawal’. In case he puts a tick on every order in the withdrawal site it will still show an error message, but a different: ‘No payment method selected’.

    I have set up payment via PayPal and bank transfer. Paying via PayPal works fine, but the user can’t withdraw anything. It doesn’t even show any payment options on the withdrawal site.

    Also I’ve noticed that the graphs in the ‘Home’ sections that show the reports are way to small. Is my plugin broken?
