No commissions earned

  • Hello,

    I have set up Amazon Link for a client, and although as far as I can tell everything is in order and he’s getting credit for people clicking and purchasing via his links, he’s not earning any commission off of these orders. There have been multiple people who have tried, all to no avail. I have also contacted Amazon Affiliates on his behalf to ask them to check the links for us, and have yet to hear back. Any thoughts?

    Hi,

    The links look fine as far as I can see. So you are saying that Amazon is correctly showing the sales in his affiliate account, but he is getting 0% commission?

    If that is the case it is something you need to take up with Amazon.

    Note: The iframe image links look to be using the old style javascript address, in the Amazon Link plugin make sure the Template for the iframe image is the latest version.
