No communication from developer

    I’ve had no response from support at all on numerous Pro addons. Has anyone experienced the same lack of communication and support? Any luck getting your purchase refunded or contested through Paypal?

    I am sorry but this is not a topic for these forums.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
