No communication from SportspressPro Support

Hello,
I have not heard from SportspressPro Support on open tickets for quite some time now.
Wondering whether it is just me and I am missing something.Last email on one issue was sent to me by support on 28-Oct. I asked for an update twice on 4-Nov and then 9-Nov but no response at all.
Another ticket was opened on 11-Nov and so far I only got automated response on it (“Next Team present in Table pick wrong team” thread on this forum).
