    Hello,

    I have not heard from SportspressPro Support on open tickets for quite some time now.
    Wondering whether it is just me and I am missing something.

    Last email on one issue was sent to me by support on 28-Oct. I asked for an update twice on 4-Nov and then 9-Nov but no response at all.

    Another ticket was opened on 11-Nov and so far I only got automated response on it (“Next Team present in Table pick wrong team” thread on this forum).

    I am really sorry to hear that.

    The truth is that based on WP Forums rules I cannot think any other solutions behind those I proposed at https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/next-team-present-in-table-pick-wrong-team topic.

    I am sure that our support team will come in contact with you asap. I just let them a notice for your issue. I am really sorry for any inconvenience.

    Hi Savvas,

    Thanks for the feedback.

    I am sure that the fix your proposed is good and it is just me not applying it correctly thus asking for support team to have a look.
    I am hoping to hear from them soon as another issue I opened a case for is more pressing matter.

    Hi, Roch.

    There was a follow up on new ticket from support so thanks again for that.

    You mentioned that your dev team is looking at another much older case I opened. Can you ask someone to provide an update on it ? I was told on 28-Oct that developers were are looking at it and that was almost 3 weeks ago.

    I sent another email using the original thread, subject “Tournament Brackets: Fixture create for blank dates”. This is the 3rd time I am requesting an update on it.

    Now the mistery is solved. I can see another ticket of yours, but not that one as it’s assigned to someone else.
