no companies retrieved

  • Hi,
    I’ve had the plugin in use on this site for more than 2 years now without a hiccup, but the feed is no longer coming in
    I get this message: No companies retrieved! Make sure you’re the owner of the company via LinkedIn

    I;ve checked nothing has changed LinkedIn side: I am admin on the associated LI account, i’ve checked we have the correct Company Id, i’ve regenerated token, with rw_company_admin ticked and get the message the token has regenerated successfully, but still can’t get the feed to come through

    Can you please assist at the earliest time? thanks

    Any news on this issue ? according to me the prob is from the WP version. I have used this plugin on so many projects and it worked until now as a charm. Since i updated the projects with latest WP version i’m having issues !

    @ckdapps no response or update – i’ve tweeted to @rockwellgrowth hoping they’ll be prompted to respond if i give them a shout out there, but no response yet ??

    For me this problem was the e-mail address I used: in the LinkedIn app that you register you have to put the same e-mail address as the one of your LinkedIn account.

    its not exactly this…the linkedin account you need to use to generate the token should have rights on the linked in app + rights to publish on the company page. This means it can be any account from the moment it has rights on the linked in page from which you’re trying to retrieve information.
