No config screen

    Hello, I’m having and issue when I click to add a new table, all I get is the ability to add a title and nothing else.

    Here are the plugins that are installed and active:

    cforms
    Easy Pricing Tables by Fatcat Apps (your plugin)
    GC Message Bar
    Huge IT Slider
    Jetpack by WordPress.com
    UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore
    Wordpress Importer
    WP-Mail-SMTP
    WP Super Cache

    WordPress and all plugins are updated to the latest version.
    Theme used is District

    Let me know what you find
