No Confirm Email

I installed this plugin today, ran a test and was pleased that the CAPTCHA code showed up where and when expected.

When I signed up a test user on one of my secondary email accounts, however, I did not receive the confirmation email. I waited over an hour after confirming that the address was indeed still working and that mail being sent from that server was operational.
