No confirmation email after subscribing

  • Hello, I’ve just installed an opt-in form at the bottom of my pages, but when I subscribed as a test with my two different email addresses, I got a message that the subscription has been added, BUT the confirmation email hasn’t been sent. Thank you for your advice!

    Did you create a standard MailPoet form as described in our documentation below?
    Create a Form with our New Form Editor

    If you did with the standard MailPoet form above but still having the issue, there are a few things to check first: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/360-troubleshooting-welcome-emails

    If you did everything listed above and the issue persists, then please send over the following information:

    • A screenshot of the MailPoet > Help > System Status page. Please ensure to capture the whole page or make several screenshots. We have a guide for sending screenshots here: How to Take a Screenshot
    • Copy and paste the information from MailPoet > Help > System Info.

    Finally, please send us screenshots of the configuration for your MailPoet form. Make sure to edit sensitive information before posting it here.
